What payment methods do you accept? Do you support L/C?
Yes, we accept Letters of Credit (L/C) as well as T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We work with customers to find the most suitable payment arrangement for both parties.
How long does it typically take from order to port arrival?
The timeline varies depending on the destination port and shipping method. Generally, from order confirmation to port arrival takes 4-8 weeks, including sourcing, quality inspection, documentation, and shipping time. We provide detailed timelines during the quoting process.
